First!!!1

geek humor for this post. I haven't really gotten serious about my campaign to lose weight and get in shape, but I've already had dreams about rock climbing, hiking, and scuba diving as a more fit an trim me. I wish i could do something that would give me immediate results but I'm no fool, it will take hard work and a lot of time. Now i need to start documenting what i eat and what I don't, also how much exercise i do. I'm enrolled in a year of Fitness Forum and they offer some great classes that get your heart pumping. next goal is to go to a class a week.
